26-Year-Old Woman Killed in Shooting

Arrested: Tequila Renee Brown // Bibb County Sheriff's Office

MACON, Ga -- Bibb County Sheriff's investigators have arrested 25-year-old Tequila Renee Brown in connection to Saturday morning's early deadly shooting.

Investigators say Brown pulled out a gun and starting shooting outside of 808 Patton Avenue this morning. Investigators one of the bullets hit and killed Taylor.

Investigators are charging Brown with Felony Murder and Aggravated Assault.

Bibb County Sheriff's Office responded to a person shot just before 4:00 AM on Saturday. 26-Year-Old Talshia Taylor was struck at least once by multiple gunshots and pronounced dead at the scene by the Bibb County Coroner's Office.

It was reported there was a party going on at 808 Patton Avenue when someone began firing shots outside the home. The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating this as a homicide.
