BSO: man charged in aggravated assault, victim listed in stable condition
MACON, Ga. -- The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating an aggravated assault that took place in West Macon around 6:00 p.m. in the 3200 block of Toole Dr. on Monday.
According to a release from the sheriff's office, an argument broke out between two male subjects.
During the argument 54-year-old Gregory Lundy reportedly shot the other man.
The release states that the individual who was shot was transported to a local hospital and is currently listed in stable condition.
No one else was injured during this incident.
According to the release, the Lundy was taken into custody and interviewed by investigators. He has been charged with aggravated assault and taken to the Bibb County Jail.
The incident is still under investigation.
