Deputies: Disorderly woman at Macon Victoria's Secret tries to make $900 purchase
MACON, Ga. -- Deputies arrested a woman at a Macon Victoria's Secret for being disorderly inside the store and trying to make a nearly $900 purchase with a fraudulent card.
Dias Catre Searcy, 27, is in the Bibb County LEC charged with Criminal Trespassing and Financial Transaction Card Fraud.
According to an incident report, deputies were called Tuesday just after 4 p.m. to the Victoria's Secret at the 5000 block of Riverside Drive for a person trespassing and refusing to leave store.
Mall security told officers a woman wearing a jumper was being disorderly inside the store -- grabbing items from display shelves, waving them around and saying, "I'm gonna steal this!" They also said the person wouldn't leave.
An employee for Victoria's Secret said the person tried to make a nearly $900 purchase with a fraudulent Victoria's Secret Credit Card. That's when she was identified as Searcy.
Searcy was arrested and also banned from the property by mall security.
