Man shot at Macon apartment complex drove himself to hospital
MACON, Ga. -- A man was shot at a Houston Ave. apartment complex Wednesday evening.
The Bibb County Sheriff's Office says 25-year-old Antonio Pryor of Macon was shot at Colonial Terrace Apartments and then drove himself to the hospital.
According to deputies Pryor is a Yellow Cab driver and was called there to pick up a customer. While waiting a man entered the back of the cab and another wearing a black ski mask approached the driver window.
Deputies say man with the ski mask shot into Pryor's cab hitting him once in the chest, both men then ran away.
Pryor drove himself to the Navicent Health Center and is listed in stable condition at this time.
No one else was injured in the incident.
