Winning Powerball ticket sold at Macon convenience store, prize not yet claimed
MACON, Ga. -- The winning ticket for the $700 million Powerball jackpot was sold in Massachusetts, but another winning ticket was sold in Macon.
A ticket for the $200,000 prize was sold at Bloomfield Grocery on Bloomfield Drive in Macon, but the ticketholder has yet to claim their prize.
The owner said she is ecstatic that the ticket came from her store and hopes it will happen again in the future.
