MACON, Ga. -- 48-year-old Robin Jones Smith was indicted in Bibb County Court Tuesday, charged with forgery in the first degree, theft by taking and practicing medicine without a license.

Starting in 2015, Smith is accused of knowingly using the photocopied signature of another person to give out prescriptions.
