Georgia lands nation's top quarterback recruit Justin Fields
ATHENS, Ga. -- The nation's No. 1 quarterback recruit has now committed to the University of Georgia.
The Dawgs have landed 6'3", 221 pound Justin Fields of Harrison High School in Kennesaw, GA.
Fields selected Georgia over Florida State, Auburn, LSU and Alabama.
Fields was initially committed to Penn State, but de-committed from the Nittany Lions on June 6.
Georgia now has landed the No. 1 quarterback and running back recruits in the country. Earlier this year, Georgia received s commitment from Zamir White, the nation's top running back.
This is the third straight year Georgia has landed a top five quarterback recruit.
