LEXINGTON, VA -- Ryan Hagan opened the game with a lead-off home run as Mercer earned their ninth straight win with a 10-6 victory over VMI Thursday night on the road.

JT Thomas and Alex Hanson each added two-run homers as the Bears earned their 30th win of the season, the most in Division I College Baseball this season.

Mercer (30-6, 9-1) continues the series against the Keydets with a 6 p.m. first pitch on Friday.
