ATLANTA, Ga. -- It's been a big weekend from a couple of Warner Robins natives. After Jake Fromm led Georgia to a 31-10 win over Appalachian State on Saturday, it was Warner Robins High School alum Marquez Callaway that led his Tennessee team over Georgia Tech 42-41 in double overtime.

Callaway was the spark plug the Tennessee offense desperately needed, catching four passes for 115 yards and two touchdowns including a 50-yard strike that pulled the Vols to within a score in the fourth quarter.

It was a record-breaking night for Georgia Tech quarterback TaQuon Marshall as he rushed for 249 yards and five touchdowns in the loss. The Yellow Jackets offense amassed 655 yards in the game and looked like the better team throughout the game. Paul Johnson's team led 28-14 in the fourth quarter but could not withstand the surge from the Volunteer offense.

In the second overtime period, TaQuon Marshall scored to make it 42-41 leaving Johnson with a decision: go for the extra point and the tie, or go for two and the win. He chose to go for it all. Marshall was stopped by the Tennessee defense on the two point conversion ending the game at 42-41.

Tennessee (1-0) hosts Indiana State in Knoxville on Saturday while Georgia Tech (0-1) hosts Jacksonville State at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
