After a tough loss to Tennessee on Friday, there was no hangover for the girls from Macon against West Virginia as they won 6-1.

No Sierra Ussery in the circle for Georgia, instead it was Dixiana Sims who allowed only one run on a wild pitch. In the third inning, it was Jordan Moss with a towering triple to center that scored two runs to give Georgia the 2-1 lead. The next batter, Ussery, knocked in Moss with a RBI to make it 3-1 Georgia after three. Sims also added a RBI to help her cause in the fourth to make it 4-1.

With the win, Georgia now awaits the winner of Virginia and South Carolina. That game will be played at 3:30 PM on Sunday.
