Mayhem stumble at home against Fayetteville

A two-game winning streak came to an end for the Macon Mayhem Saturday night as the Fayetteville FireAntz put forth a dominant effort in a 3-1 win at the Centreplex.

After a scoreless first period, Chris Joseph put the Mayhem on the board less than two minutes into the second.

Fayettevile responded with three goals in the second period to take a commanding two goal lead.

The Mayhem return to action Sunday afternoon against Fayetteville at home for a 4:05 p.m. puck drop.
