A stellar season for Matt Ryan continues prior to the biggest game of his life.

Ryan was named MVP and Offensive Player Of The Year at the NFL Awards Ceremony Saturday night. The Falcons' QB beat out Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers and Arizona's David Johnson for the award.

Ryan threw for 4,944 yards with 38 touchdowns and 7 interceptions with a 117.1 passer rating. He's the first Falcon to ever win the award.

The veteran quarterback looks to hoist the Lombardi Trophy for the first time in franchise history when Atlanta meets New England in Super Bowl LI Sunday at 6:30 p.m. on FOX24.
