GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. -- Bond was denied Friday for the father and son accused of fatally shooting a Georgia jogger in February.
Documents from Glynn County Magistrate Court show Gregory McMichael is charged with party to felony murder and aggravated assault. Gregory's son Travis McMichael is charged with felony murder and aggravated assault.
Warrants for Gregory state he "aided and abetted" his son Travis in the murder of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery on February 23. Both defendants appeared in court Friday, where Judge Wallace Harrell denied bond for each.
