UPDATE: Man, 34, arrested for fatal shooting in East Macon

Bibb Co. deputies are investigating an early morning shooting in East Macon that left a 23-year-old man dead/Tavares Jones (WGXA)

UPDATE 5:45 P.M.

MACON, Ga. -- Deputies have arrested a 34-year-old man in connection to the fatal shooting in East Macon Friday morning.

Terral Gray of Macon was interviewed by investigators and has been charged with murder.

Deputies say it was discovered that Gray fired a gun during an altercation with Al'juwon Moss, which resulted in Moss being struck by the gunfire and causing his death.

Gray was booked into the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and has no bond at this time.

MACON, Ga. -- Bibb Co. deputies are investigating an early morning shooting in East Macon that left a 23-year-old man dead.

Investigators say it happened at a duplex apartment in the 1100 block of Woolfolk Street around 5:30 a.m.

Sgt. Linda Howard says it started with a domestic dispute. The victim is 23-year-old Al'juwon Moss of Patterson, New Jersey.

Howard says Moss and another man got into an altercation that eventually led to shots being fired. The alleged shooter has been taken into custody for questioning.

Howard says it's still unclear if the shooting was intentional. Deputies are investigating.
