Bystander holds assault suspect at gunpoint until Houston County authorities arrive

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. (WGXA) -- Police in Warner Robins say an assault suspect was held at gunpoint until law enforcement got to the scene.

Police said it happened Wednesday.

The alleged assault took place near the pumps at a Walmart gas station.

A passerby held a suspect until Houston County Sheriff's Office was able to respond to the scene.
