Deputies: Fifth suspect arrested for shooting of 13-year-old girl

MACON, Ga. -- Bibb County deputies have arrested another suspect in connection to the shooting of a 13-year-old girl.

According to the sheriff's office, 18-year-old Ricky Tyron Brown, III turned himself in to deputies on December 3 just before 8:30 p.m.

Brown is being held in the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center without bond. He's charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
