Deputies: Macon Kroger employee charged on 12 counts in workplace theft
MACON, Ga. -- A 22-year-old Bibb County woman has been arrested and charged with 12 counts of fiduciary theft after allegedly stealing from her workplace.
That's according to a Bibb County sheriff's report, which said Tiqueana Nikerria White was arrested around 9:11 a.m. on Friday, December 7 at the Kroger located on Zebulon Rd. in north Macon.
The report said White was an employee at the grocery store and made 12 separate false transactions between November 5 and December 2 of this year.
White reportedly refunded the transactions as well as coupons she'd saved, which totaled $239. An employee at the store told deputies she kept the cash, the report said.
Deputies reportedly waited to arrest White until she got to work, then took her to the Bibb County Jail without incident.
