MACON, Ga. -- Bibb County deputies and SWAT officers are in the Winston Dr. area of Macon working to get someone out of a home after a "domestic situation."

Around 7:45 p.m. there was a heavy police presence in the area, which is off of Eisenhower Pkwy., and deputies were blocking off the intersection of Kent Dr. and Winston Dr.

That's according to the sheriff's office, which said a "subject" is in the home who doesn't want to come out or speak with deputies.

Officials added that it's not considered a hostage situation and said they're being very cautious.
