MACON, Ga. -- Georgia gas prices could get more expensive soon because of rising oil and wholesale gasoline costs.

The average cost of a gallon of gas statewide could rise another 10 cents -- prices already rose five cents recently.

The state's most expensive gas prices as of Tuesday were in Atlanta ($2.22), Brunswick ($2.21) and Hinesville-Fort Stewart ($2.20).

The least expensive average gas prices in the state could be found in Warner Robins ($2.07), Macon ($2.11) and Augusta-Aiken ($2.12).
