MACON, Ga. -- A 26-year-old Bibb County woman is in jail on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident involving a deputy on December 4.
A sheriff's report said just before 9 a.m. Tuesday, a deputy was in the parking lot of a shopping center located at 1548 Rocky Creek Rd. in south Macon.
A woman - later identified as Hailey Christine Lane - was reportedly walking through the parking lot and yelling, so the deputy rolled down his window to hear what was going on.
The report said Lane yelled "F**k you" to whoever she was walking by in the parking lot and then yelled "and f**k the police" as the deputy pulled closer to her.
The deputy parked and got out of his patrol vehicle, and then Lane took her jacket off and "laid it and a dope pipe on the hood" of his car, the report said.
According to the report, there seemed to be "marijuana residue" in the pipe and the deputy arrested Lane for disorderly conduct.
On the way to the Bibb County Jail, Lane reportedly yelled "strange and incoherent things," including claiming that "she was the devil" and didn't know who she was or who was with her.
The deputy reported that he had her checked out by medical staff at the jail before leaving.
