MACON, Ga. -- House of Hines in Macon says it's still open for business after its warehouse caught fire on Monday.
The fire took place at 2028 Vineville Ave. around 2:30 p.m. Monday. The warehouse sits behind the store/home and holds men's tuxedos and accessories.
Bettie Causey, the president of House of Hines, says everything in the warehouse was destroyed by the fire. However, the main store was unharmed.
"The only problem we would have is if someone walked in here and said, 'I need a tuxedo in 10 minutes,'" Causey said. "I don't have a source to go out to my warehouse to get them, but tomorrow I would have them in here. So it is not a problem for us, it is just an unfortunate thing that happened. We will get through this."
Causey said those who want to get a men's tuxedo from the House of Hines can still to do -- the business just needs a day's notice to get it from an Atlanta distributor.
Fire officials have not yet determined a cause of the fire. No one was injured.
