WARNER ROBINS, Ga. -- Last month the Haunted Attack at Robins Air Force Base helped raise money for the Museum of Aviation and Houston County charities.

Attic designer James Minton surprised his full time volunteers with scholarships.

"I like to invest in the youth that invest in the charity raising that we're doing," Minton said. "They supported our three big charities The Family Promise, the Volunteer Dental Clinic and the St. Jude's Children's Research. They gave up a lot of their high school time on a Friday and Saturday night in the middle of October when they can be anywhere else."

Volunteers didn't know they were going to get the rewards for their help.

The attraction will re-open next fall.
