Man hurt in early morning shooting at Macon Waffle House restaurant

MACON, Ga.-- Bibb Sheriff’s deputies are investigating after an argument at a local Waffle House restaurant lead to shots being fired early Wednesday morning.

According to a release, deputies responded to the reported argument involving several people the restaurant located on Rocky Creek Road just after 3 a.m.

Deputies say a man fired several shots and hit multiple victims including Kelvin Grayer, 32, in the right leg and Winford Davis, 30, who was grazed by a bullet.

Grayer was taken to the Medical Center at Navicent Health where he is listed in stable condition. Davis was also taken to the Medical Center where he was treated and released.

No one else was injured in the shooting. Deputies have not made an arrest in the shooting.
