Man indicted for injuring woman in Baldwin Co. wreck while on marijuana

    BALDWIN CO., Ga. -- A man is indicted in Baldwin County Court on charges related to marijuana use that allegedly led to a wreck.

    Justin Tyrell Hubbard is charged with:

    • serious injury by vehicle
    • possession of marijuana, more than an ounce
    • driving under the influence
    • disregarding traffic control device

    According to court documents, Hubbard caused a car wreck on Jan. 17, 2018 that broke a woman's arm. Officials found him with more than an ounce of marijuana on him, and determined he was driving under the influence of marijuana.

    Documents say the crash happened when Hubbard ran a red light.
