MACON, Ga. (WGXA) -- Bibb County deputies have arrested a man in connection to a 2022 murder.
On Thursday, 30-year-old Anthony Donnell Baldwin Jr. was arrested for involvement with the death of 49-year-old Claudette June Brown.
Brown was murdered on November 14, 2022.
In addition to his arrest for murder, Baldwin faces two counts of aggravated assault and a probation violation.
On May 24, Bibb County investigators followed Baldwin in an unmarked car into the Tindall Fields Apartments where it was reported that Baldwin exited the vehicle with a gun and was subsequently shot by a deputy.
Baldwin was transported to a nearby hospital and following his release was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.
There is no bond set at this time.
