Man shot to death at Warner Robins mobile home park

Numerous deputies respond to situation at Warner Robins mobile home park / Carlos Stephens (WGXA)

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. -- A man was shot to death Thursday morning at the Pinewood Village mobile home park on Maplewood Drive in Warner Robins.

There was a heavy law enforcement presence at the park following the shooting, with a deputy completely blocking off the entrance to the area.

Capt. Ronnie Harlowe of the Houston County Sheriff'f Office said that that the victim, 23-year-old Curtis Thomas, was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.

Harlowe said the call came in at about 11 a.m.

He said the shooting is being investigated as a homicide.

Investigators are on scene.
