UPDATE: Police arrest suspect who struck Perry motel owner with car

PERRY, Ga. -- Police say the suspect's vehicle was located by an officer on patrol Friday morning and the suspect has been arrested.

PERRY, Ga. -- Police are looking for a man who was caught on surveillance video hitting a man with his car at a Perry motel.

Perry Police says it happened around 11 p.m. on Wednesday at the Great Inn on St. Patricks Drive.

Police say the motel owner was investigating a suspicious vehicle when the driver accelerated towards him and struck him with the front of the vehicle.

The driver is described as a white male with a low haircut and a neck tattoo. The driver was wearing camouflage. The vehicle appears to be a red or burgundy Tahoe.
