MACON, Ga. -- A truck's failed brakes caused a two-vehicle accident on Friday afternoon in Macon.

According to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office, a man driving a 1994 Ford F-150 reported that his brakes failed on Hillcrest Avenue and Matheson Drive just before 4 p.m.
