Two men indicted in fatal Halloween 2017 shooting

MACON, Ga. -- Bibb County grand jurors indicted Trayvion Lamonte Burney and Anterrio Tremaine Stinson Tuesday in the fatal Halloween 2017 shooting of 38-year-old Jackie Rouse on Dennis Street in East Macon.

Burney, 23, and Stinson, 25, both of Macon, also are accused of shooting a second man, Quincy Emory, who survived his wounds.

According to indictment documents, both men have been charged with three counts of felony murder, one count each of malice murder, armed robbery and aggravated assault, and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Stinson is also charged with possession of a firearm by a first offender probationer and Burney is charged with another count of felony murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
