
WARNER ROBINS, Ga. (WGXA) -- After Macon woman, Christy Fisher, was found shot at a home in Warner Robins, she was pronounced dead in the hospital and investigators say that it was her husband who pulled the trigger.
32-year-old Alexander Fisher was still on the scene when officers arrived at a Wallace Drive address, responding to a call about a person down and shots fired.
According to a press release from Warner Robins PD, Alexander and Christy Fisher had been having a domestic dispute and Alexander chased and rammed a vehicle that Christy was riding in with 24-year-old Nicholas Carruolo and 30-year-old Johntavis Reese. After ramming the vehicle, he stepped out of his truck and shot into the vehicle, hitting Christy in the torso.
Though Carruolo and Reese were uninjured, according to the release, they are listed as victims of aggravated assault.
Fisher has been charged with felony murder, malice murder, aggravated assault, and aggressive driving.
