WANTED: Bibb Co. investigators looking for 2 suspects in credit card, identity thefts
MACON, Ga. -- Bibb County investigators say two suspects are wanted for questioning in an identity theft, credit card theft and credit card fraud case.
The victim's wallet was reportedly stolen on October 31 and the suspects used their credit cards and identification at several places between Macon and Perry, deputies said.
According to a release from the sheriff's office, the male suspect tried to use the stolen credit card at multiple businesses in Macon on November 1 and was last seen getting into a small, light-colored SUV.
The female suspect tried to use the victim's identification and credit cards on November 6 to cash a check stolen out of Canton, Georgia, the release said. She was last seen in a light-colored sedan, according to deputies.
