FORSYTH, Ga. -- The city of Forsyth has some excellent local businesses, especially restaurants.
Grits Cafe has called the city home for 18 years and is the definition of Middle Georgia Proud.
The upscale Southern cuisine restaurant burned down in the Spring of 2012, but owner Wayne Wetendorf says not rebuilding was never up for question.
It was Wetendorf's staff and the community that were the glue that held Grits together.
It is an amazing story of the community coming together to help restore and incredible restaurant.
