Mercer softball on a running streak of wins

MACON, Ga. (WGXA) -- Mercer Bears' softball was back on Sikes Field Wednesday playing Alabama State University.

The Bears entered the game with a 7-18 record following their weekend victory against Rutgers University.

The team's winning momentum and focus carried into Wednesday's game as they defeated Alabama 10-2.

Their next game will be a double-header in Atlanta, next Wednesday against Georgia State.
