Mercer Baseball takes game two from Kansas State

Mercer rolled past the Wildcats to even up the series/(A.J. Good WGXA)

The Mercer Baseball team dominated in game two from Manhattan. The Bears rolled past Kansas State 11-4 on Saturday afternoon. The victory improves them to 12-4 on the year.

Mercer was led by Robert Bloom who picked up the win by game 3 1/3 innings while giving up 1 run off of 4 hits and striking out 7. Austin Cox got the start throwing 4 2/3 innings and striking out 8. RJ Yeager went 2-4 with 3 RBIs and 3 runs. David Posas went 2-5 with 2 RBIs.

The final game between the two will be on Sunday afternoon at 1 pm.
