Georgia stays alive in Little League Southeastern regional

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. -- The Georgia representative in the Little League Southeastern Region Tournament won a must-win game against South Carolina 14-2 on Sunday afternoon.

The team from Peachtree City beat South Carolina thanks to a run-rule in only four innings. Georgia held South Carolina to only two hits in the game while racking up nine themselves.

Georgia is currently in the loser's bracket after their 12-3 loss to Tennessee on Saturday. Team Georgia now awaits the winner of Sunday night's game between Florida and Alabama. Georgia and the winner will play their elimination game on Monday at 11 AM.
