HOCO's Deontrey Hill receives Army All-American jersey

HOUSTON COUNTY, Ga. -- Houston County offensive guard Deontrey "Trey" Hill received is Army All-American jersey on Monday afternoon at Houston County High School.

The senior was given his jersey in front of family, friends and teammates at the Houston County High School gymnasium. Hill is the second All-American football player from middle Georgia this season, Peach County wide receiver and Georgia commit Kearis Jackson was named an Under Armour All-American last month.

Hill is a four-star recruit and ranked the No.1 offensive guard in the country and the 27th ranked player in the country according to

Hill has not yet committed to any school but has narrowed his choices down to three: Clemson, Georgia and Florida State.

The 6'5" 346-pound senior visited Athens this past weekend to see former HOCO teammate Jake Fromm help lead the now No. 3 ranked Bulldogs to a 53-28 win over Missouri.

Hill and his Houston County team have a bye week this week.
