It was a good night for the Stratford Academy and First Presbyterian Day baseball teams on Tuesday. The Eagles defeated Mount De Sales 17-7. The Vikings took care of Westfield 10-3.

The Eagles were in a dogfight with the Cavaliers up 8-7 heading to the 5th. But, that's when they explode. They hit 3 home runs including a inside the park grand slam from Olmstead Clifton. Stratford is now 14-6 on the season after winning 7 in a row. Up next, the Eagles will head to Mount De Sales on Friday night.

The Vikings were dominant on senior night from start to finish. They posted 3 runs in the 1st inning, then 4 in the 3rd and cruised from that point on. FPD is now 18-4 after winning their 3rd in a row. Up next, the Vikings will head to Stratford Academy next Tuesday.
