Mallory Huff is Assistant News Director at WGXA.

Mallory started her career at WGXA working in production in 2012. After two years behind the scenes, she made her transition into the newsroom as a producer. After producing various newscasts including WGXA News at 5 and WGXA News at 10, Mallory became Executive Producer helping launch special projects like WGXA Game Day and Middle Georgia Proud.

Now, as Assistant News Director, Mallory spearheads other projects including WGXA Town Hall and Power Play along with her day-to-day duties in the newsroom.

She is a 2011 graduate of Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Mass Media with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism. She's also a proud alum of Macon's Tattnall Square Academy.

As a Macon native, she's happy to help bring the news to her hometown! But when she isn't in the newsroom, Mallory loves to relax at Lake Sinclair, cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs during football season and listen to live music. She attends Vineville United Methodist Church.

Mallory enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her husband Kyle and their rescue pup, Winnie.

She's expecting her first child, a little girl, in February 2019.
